As the visionary founder of the firm, Mr. Teh brings a wealth of experience to his role backed by his credentials. With a Bachelor of Law Degree from University of London, he strategically chose to gain valuable firsthand corporate experience as a legal executive in a property development company in 2014, followed by his pupillage at the prominent law firm of Messrs. Ghazi & Lim in 2016. After being called to the Bar, he then joined another highly renowned firm, The Chambers of Yu Shin Ong for 3 years from 2017 to 2019 where he continuously advanced his knowledge and expertise whilst guiding clients through the legal landscape.

He specializes in both civil litigation and corporate advisory works, with a strong focus in debt recovery, contract, construction, commercial and corporate matters. Notably, early in his legal practice, he had represented a construction company at the Court of Appeal with positive result – [2017] 1 LNS 1455. His sharp insights and innovative solutions spans across various legal aspects and stages, from initial reviewing and drafting of contracts to navigating complexities faced by corporate entities already mired by legal problems. He is recognized as an astute and effective legal practitioner who not only resolves legal issues, but also guides clients in avoiding potential legal pitfalls.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Teh regularly provides pro bono legal aid at local parliamentary offices as needed as a part of giving back to the society. He has also been serving the Penang Bar Committee as a committee member since 2021, whilst holding an active portfolio as the Sports Chairperson.

WONG VI VIAN

Ms. Vi Vian holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from Multimedia University. Her area of expertise includes Criminal Defence and Civil Litigation with special interest in the various facets of Family Law, Defamation and Industrial Relations Law. She already has several published cases under her belt – an attestation to her passion in defending her clients’ rights and interests, with more cases to come – [2021] 2 LNS 1478, [2023] 5 CLJ 581.

Ms. Vi Vian commenced her pupillage at Mssrs V. Parthipan & Co in 2016, under Mr. V. Parthipan himself, one of Penang’s widely recognized leading criminal defence and family law legal practitioner. She was called to the Bar in December 2016. She then commenced her legal practice at Mssrs. Keppy Wong & Assoc. in Kuala Lumpur for 6 years, and continues providing her legal services to the community after accepting a position as a partner in Teh Law Chambers in 2023.

Ms. Vi Vian strongly believes that the law is a tool to protect the weak and to provide measures in preserving the rights of individuals regardless of their station or circumstances in life. She is also currently a volunteer lawyer for the Yayasan Bantuan Guaman Kebangsaan (YBGK) to aid the underprivileged in their bid for justice.
